Bolillos Cafe Central - Laredo

Bad staff will make a good place go down. We come here often and this time the place was not packed and we got the worst service. We sat there for over 10 minutes with our menus closed and ready to order and no one was there to come to our table. And the ladies at the service station would just stare at us. Just there standing around. With only 3 tables and they couldn't serve us promptly. Very disappointing. You all need to watch who you hire. If these people do not want to work, I am sure there is someone out there who needs the money and has a better work ethic than these lazy ladies.

This place was really good. I went there for breakfast and it didn't disappoint I had the guevos divorciados and they were delicious and the service was great.

This place was amazing definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Laredo. I recommend everyone to try Bolillos Cafe Central in Laredo Texas. I will definitely be back when I go visit Laredo again. The food was delicious and the service was EPIC. The restaurant was clean and the prices were affordable. I recommend y’all try all their options in coffee and huevos divorciados. It is a small place, but very cozy. The bakery option is great, you can order breakfast or just a coffee with sweet bread to spend time with friends. Or both things ?. Very varied and delicious menu. I highly recommend it ?

We're in from out of town and a friend recommended this place. The corn tortillas are life changing. My enchiladas were perfect. Very friendly staff.
