Staff is friendly and get you your order out to you fast.

Went in, waited my turn to order, got ice cream, and left.

We just left the LaPlace location where we were disappointed for the 2nd time. The milkshake was again very very liquidity. No thickness to it. It was more like a chocolate milk. This time I got a sugar cone because my waffle cone last time was hot enough to melt my ice cream causing a huge mess. This time the cone was stale the chocolate it was dipped in was still hot and just caked on it in it. It was way to much still hot. It was not edible at all.
