I attempted to cancel my mobile order through the app's "order details" button, but the employee informed me that it could not be cancelled. They were short with their responses and rude when I asked politely how to cancel the order. The employee also tried to rush me by cutting me off, despite there being no line and the restaurant opening almost 2 hours ago.

When they make a mistake with your order, instead of preparing fresh food, they take the contaminated food that you have already touched and return it to their kitchen. Then, they add any missing ingredients to your sandwich before serving it to you.
