Every time I'm here, they gave me a hot bun! I never command sharply! I can't even eat it!

I ordered 6 meals and spent $63 just to get cold food and bad customer service!! Definitely not going back EVER!!!! Oh yea then they had the nerves to charge me for dipping sauce when I bought chicken tenders and chicken nuggets ??‍

An employee by the name of Monique was so rude to me when I went through the drive through today. I brought a family meal and I told her mild chicken. She gave me Spicy chicken and it was old. I’m a traveling nurse and traveled all way from Texas and to get customer service like that. I will never eat at this location again.

What a hot mess! Please expect every single thing you buy from here to be wrong. 100% WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! The person training the new people is horrific. If she was training me I wouldn't want that job. What an awful place. Officially done with this Popeyes!

Had to wait almost 30min for Mild thighs. The clerk said the wait time would be 12minutesBut the food was hot! Fresh, tastey!! The staff couldn't have been nicer.I bit if a wait, I can't complain ? when service/staff was as good as it was !!Thanks for dinner!! I'm be back again at this location!
