Pancheros Mexican Grill - Lansing

Service was nice, but very hastened and not welcoming (not rude, but also not inviting). I got a bowl and it was very sloppy, sauces on the side of the bowl and driped under the lid. eating was a little under the season. definitely not what I would expect from a Mexican restaurant. as this is a chain, I can only imagine that it is chain-wide.

Quality has gone down in recent months. Just make sure to check orders before leaving. if you order chips make sure you have them.. Food can still be DOPE but little stuff like forgetting chips or not draining any of the ingredients before putting them in your food happens pretty often. Their app is cool, but they use Doordarsh for deliveries.

The employees were AMAZING! Very professional and friendly…however the rice was way over cooked. It was crunchy, I couldn’t even finish my burrito, which was sad because I was really looking forward to it after a hard days work. I had to throw it out because I could taste the burnt rice.

This location is a mess. I came in yesterday and experienced several issues. First I got barely any rice in my “bowl”, a seriously skimpy portion. Second, they were out of black beans so I settled for pinto. Third I asked for queso on the side and the employee immediately put it on the rice. Fourth, when it was time to pack my bowl to go they apparently were out of lids so wrapped it in ill-fitting aluminum wrap without warning me. I forgot they had wrapped the bowl instead of putting a top on it, so it ended up spilling into the bag on my way home. I was able to salvage a little bit of it but not much. Super disappointed and won’t be going back.
