Buffalo Wild Wings - Lansing

Eating was great, our waitress was nice. They definitely needed a few more people who work, but we're used to being chronically under servants. The drinks were fantastic! Last time it was difficult, but the staff working this time was great! Bathrooms were cleaned, which was nice. Food: 4/5

My drink came without alcohol, and when we got the drink, it was hot. Friends for my child were not fresh at all. All soda drinks were even the water. I've never been so bad in a place. Never again. Food: 1/5

Service was great. Was cooked to order great. The only thing I'm gonna say is that I'm going to BWW in all states and Canada. This place had the smallest wings I ever had at BWW. It could not be her fault, maybe a supplier problem or something. I would come back and see if the wings are what I am....Food: 3/5

Smaller location, food was good, but service wasn't. The staff did not wipe out the tables of the customers lying in front of us, looked like a mess. It took 45 minutes to get our food and there was another customer there. The staff spent the whole time in the kitchen. literally had to go to the kitchen to get our server so we could pay.

To be honest, we visited this same BWW a few years back and although that trip was not a pleasant memory we thought we 'd give the place a second chance. I wish we had gone anywhere else. Traveling, long day. Got to the hotel late and was excited to see a BWW on the block. Headed over for dinner (we have one near the house and it never disappoints but this was NOT that experience). The restaurant was not busy but the staff seemed lost. Food was ok, but mistakes on our order and I saw mistakes at other orders there that night. Also, I have no idea how two 3 piece tender orders ended up costing over $40 before drinks, etc. The place is a hot mess. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Service people have a very I don 't care attitude.
