Bravo Italian Kitchen Lansing

I love Bravo great food and overall friendly staff. My review is not related to this location, but portion size and value, which I'd imagine is dictated at the corporate level. I ordered a few items for a small gathering. I was disappointed in the catering salad that is advertised to feed 10. It was very small (about the size of the salad that comes with the family meal deals to feed 4 5). It definitely would not have fed 10. We were able to get 7 side salad portions from the container. Luckily 3 of my 9 guests were unable to attend, otherwise I would have been embarrassed. Bread (about 20 pieces) was included, which was nice, but I still don't think it was worth the price paid. I think Bravo is a great place to eat with a promo code or coupon to balance out portion and costs.

Took this photo while I was waiting on take out food that grubhub told me it was ready 20 mimutes ago when two front girls just being chatty Cathy not attending their customer. Food from this joint actually is decent, and if you dine in waiters are super nice and knowledgeable, which price of the food actually makes sense with great service you get. but picking up food almost half an hour after it was done due to being stood up by restaurant staff food was cold, pasta was solid and Margherita Flatbread was more like chips with dried tomatoes on top of it. Not worth the price they put on these foods with absolutely horrible service, unexceptable in any standards.

Ambience is good. Food was excellent. We loved the unique taste. Quantity is also good enough. Excellent service staff are very professional and friendly. The only thing we experienced immediately after our dinner both me and my wife felt sick. Not sure it's something related to food or maybe other reasons. Apart from that everything was good.

I visited Lansing for the first time yesterday and had heard about this place. The service is great, everyone is polite and welcoming. The food is fresh and delicious, I tried the shrimp Alfredo and it’s the closest thing to authentic fettuccini any Italian restaurant can offer. The side of Caesar salad was huge and very good as well! They start you off with complimentary bread and oil , I didn’t really like it as much, maybe with butter it would be better. Overall I definitely recommend going here.

Ok, I do not get paid for reviews. The lasagna here was in my top 3 ever. EVER. I shouldn't have eaten it all, but no way i could leave it. No way to take a doggie bag. My kid had plain pasta, so whatever on that. Here from out of town and will eat here again. Will not try anything else. Don't fix what ain't broken. Posting a pic of my plate. Service was great, didn't matter though. If my food is great, service can be nil as far as I'm concerned.
