Bidra med feedbackThis may not be the newest Wawa in the area, and it has been around for so long that its logo has a retro feel. But for those who know this Wawa, it's a gem. I've been to many Wawas across the country, and this one is my favorite. Unlike other convenience stores that also operate gas stations, the employees here are focused on providing quality food and excellent customer service. While this Wawa may not be the most updated, it has a special charm that sets it apart from the others. It could use some renovations and more support from the company, but I still love coming here, whether it's for a clean Hoagie or not.
Usually this place is good, but recently? ve was unable to make my drink, and when I asked a manager about it, she said they were outside when the jump for her. Just the problem is, the drink doesn't get a topping. I could see all the components to make it. She would have at least offered to make it without the topping (again, this drink does not get a topping, but the manager thought it did. I get it every day, I never got a topping. and it?s just frustrating because when I told her that it was not a topping, she told me to have a good day and did not offer any solution.
Ordered food through the kiosk. After opening the container less than 5 minutes later, the food was clearly placed on the container and was hardly room temperature. You would expect it not to keep true at this point wawa standards to taste and you would be right. Terrible experience!
I redeemed my reward points for a $2 discount on my hoagie. It would be great if I could prepay using the phone app with the rewards, but they only allow redemption in person. My favorite part of the meal is the soft filling, it's addictive.
The staff has a fantastic vibe, announcing all orders with enthusiasm. The bathrooms were a bit dirty, which is why I am not giving a full 5-star rating.
