I am not the typical person who complains to companies as i have worked customer Service for years.But today unfortunately this became hazardous.I had pulled into you driveway at 1857 N. Broad St. at 8:10 am this morning and attempted to pull into the drive thru line, as I was getting into line 2 employees of yours were outside in the parking lot speaking to a female in a parking spot in a black Chevy SUV, with out hesitation the female backed up with out even looking causing me to swerve out of her way. I hesitated for a few moments to get my barring's and got into the Drive thru line at which point the female followed me into the line and began screaming out of her window at me, and the 2 employees were yelling and waving, I am not sure if this was at me or the wife, I did respond to the female by telling her she needs to watch where she is going and learn how to drive, your employee on the mic at the drive thru asked if everything was alright and I explained the situation to him, he then proceeded to take my order, the female followed me closely thru the drive thru, as I got up to the window I was informed that she was the wife of one of the co-workers in the store.I had requested a large Iced Chai Latte with Pumpkin Swirl, as I can not have coffee as I have a medical condition that caffeinated coffee agitates, I have ordered may times from this Dunkin, and have never had an issue until today.I received my drink clearly labeled correctly, and left your drive thru, the woman followed me out of your parking lot and down Broad St. to my place of employment, and when I parked my car and got out she drove the other way. I took a drink of my Iced Chai Latte it was an Iced Coffee which caused me to spit it out due to the adverse effects coffee causes me.I don't know if this was done out of spite to screw up my order resulting from the incident with your employees wife or someone there doesn't know how to read a clearly marked label printed by your company, but this situation could have been extremely hazardous.I assure you I will not be visiting this location again.
I don't know her name BUT she know who she is. I have only frequented the establishment twice and both times my experience was the same GREAT. She works the drive thru and she is so pleasant and user friendly. She is not rude or come across as anything other than someone that is trying to make sure her constituents have the best experience. I know this does not matter but to some it does. I believe she is either Indian and/or Arab, and sometimes they can be perceived as rude and short. Not this lady, she is sweet, pleasant and she has a great spirit. I don't know her but she know who she is. Keep doing what you are doing and thank you for your positive attitude.#TheBestHolidaysExperience I would like to thank N. Deborah for the 100 EXCELLENT support she provided during checkout. N. Deborah was very friendly and she made sure to ask me if I had found everything I was looking for. N. Deborah is the best and her superior customer service skillset was on full display.
