My friend got a water before me. Then I asked for a water they say water is only for paying customers. My other friend decided to pay did they give him a water cup nope. Then my friend went to ask for a water cup they said the first friend got it because they were the 50th customer then my friend said your lying and they said and yes we are then she said what if I faint and they said it’s not my problem Meal type: Other

It was horrible I only asked for a cup of water then they said no. And when I said that my friend got one before they said that they count the number of people that get free water. I told them that what happens if I faint and they said that it's not their problem if I do. NEVER AGAIN. DONT GO HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE LILE SUBWAY THAT DOESNT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. The food here is so good! I always order online to avoid the crowd and the food is ready at the time it says it will be ready. The meatball sub is to die for! I eat here about 3 times a week since my job is pretty close. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was excited to try this, but disappointed. Ordered a Turkey sub and got a hot sandwich. I took it back and they said all of theirs subs come hot, and asked if I wanted to try it hot? If I wanted to, why would I walk back up here and tell you I don 't want it hot? No signage that says that, don 't remember any commercials or marketing stating that either. Sub was okay, nothing to go crazy over. Give me jersey mikes! Bread was nasty. No flavor and almost tasted old. I see why they come hot so it can camouflage that nasty bread. Staff got a little rude and you could tell they were irritated, but it 's not my fault the cashier didn 't ask. It should be customary to ask have you been here before , At least!
