KFC - Langley

The food at this restaurant was delicious and fresh, but they were very stingy with their buttermilk ranch dressing. I just needed some sauce, but they seemed reluctant to give me a packet. Despite being polite, the staff seemed slow and unresponsive. The tall blonde girl, however, provided excellent customer service and deserves a raise. Working in the fast-food industry myself, I know it's not that hard to be friendly and efficient.

This KFC location does not offer Spicy Chicken, only hot wings. I visited on Thursday, August 31st, 2023, and the hot wings had no flavor. Additionally, the restroom was dirty.

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:11pm and discovered that it was closed. There was a sign on the door indicating that the drive-thru was open, but there was nobody serving at the window.

OMG! Why do I have to drive all the way to a KFC outside of a metropolitan area to get a clear, tasty, non-greasy, amazing meal from KFC. Aldergrove KFC is the only KFC in the area that actually makes the gravy the way I remember as a child thick and flavorful 11 herbs and spices, I know I've said it but OMG it's worth the drive!!

The most adverage kfc experience to be expected at this location. order correct 50/50. fast service (nope) but not too slow eather. just is what a kfc is.
