A&W Restaurant - Langley

The customer service was poor. The man at the drive-thru window was extremely rude when we approached. He tossed the food at us without saying a word, not even a simple greeting or acknowledgment of our presence.

We experienced excellent service and enjoyed the lovely location of this restaurant. My wife ordered a Buddy Burger with Mozzarella cheese and mushrooms, while I opted for a Papa Burger without cheese. We also had two root beers. The food was decent at the time, but shortly after leaving the restaurant, we both experienced extreme thirst due to the excessive amount of salt in the dishes. The flavors of the food were more balanced when eaten at the restaurant, but became overpowering after a few minutes. It may be helpful for the manager to speak with the chef about the salt levels in the food. Customers should be able to adjust the seasoning to their liking using salt packets. This was our first time experiencing this issue at this restaurant.

The drive-thru can be a bit slow at times, with occasional wait times, but the food is always satisfying. The dishes are served hot and delicious. I highly recommend trying the new Beyond Beef Burger - it's a favorite!

Good fast food, always fresh, friendly service! Much better than McDonalds on the street. Often go for snacks, even doggie loves o eat there!

This A&W must be a relatively-new one: Modern with the retro orange and brown colours. Stopped in here on a Sunday evening. Hardly anyone except drive-through so the food had to be made fresh. Service was good and fast as can be The manager topped...up the drinks before we touched them due to excess foam. Good burgers. Fries were very crispy outside yet don't have much flavour. Nothing to dislike (except prices, but we used a coupon).
