Tim Hortons - Langley City

The staff is friendly, service is quick, and my daily order is consistently great at this restaurant. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this location.

I visited this restaurant this morning on my way to work and ordered two coffees and one tea. The coffee was supposed to be made with milk, but both were made with cream. None of the drinks had sugar in them, even though they were supposed to have two sugars each. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I often stop here for tea on my way to work, but I always end up with coffee instead. The order appears correct on the screen at the time of ordering, but somehow gets mixed up by the time I reach the pick-up window. Perhaps they need to improve their reading skills?

I will never go back to this restaurant after they messed up my drink order and then tried to blame it on me. The staff was short and unfriendly.

I just moved from American to Canada l heard that Tim Hortons are amazing, so l tried them for the very first time today. Given a special shout out to thefriendly and nice lady who recommended the birthday cake Timbits. She's ? right. They are amazing and delicious ?

I go to this location to get coffee every morning, but I will not come anymore. The staff is very rude and they appear to display prejudice (racist) to the customer.
