Matzo ball soup is great Macaroni salad was delicious

Wish there was an option for a bigger size than a bowl. the chicken noodle soup was so simple yet delicious

I would give the food a 5, except the last 2 times we ordered food, the bill was over $100. So we have 2, $18 sandwiches not made how we asked. And the funny thing is that one of the sandwiches had an up charge for a different cheese. Very frustrating and very annoying for what we paid you!! This is also the first review I have ever written because I’m so annoyed. We want to like going there!!

Today we ordered 5 items over the phone. In the past, we were generally happy with M&I service and food. Today was a great disappointment in many ways. First they forgot to include one of the entrees. My son had to go back to get it because it was his dinner. He wanted a cheese steak hoagie which I heard my daughter say when she ordered it. The receipt said cheesesteak but left out the hoagie part even though it was said over the phone correctly. He picked it up and it did not have much meat in it. The bread in the Rueben was partially burned and the corn beef special was just ok. The macaroni salad was gross. Maybe the B team was on but I am not about to rush back there.

So disappointed…drove an hour and a half to get here and told they are closed from 3-4:30….doesn’t say that anywhere…it’s 3:15 now
