Luitpold - Landau

My wife and I had dinner here in April 2022 at 6:00. We decided to sit inside. The food was good and the wine. We chose Schnitzel Winerart, cups Cuve Carlo trucken red wine. The problem was that the menu was ONLY in German and the waitress did not make a real attempt to help us with the menu. She only suggested that we use our smartphone to translate the menu. I say that if you are in the restaurant and are in the main square of the city, you are also in the TOURISM business. It is not so difficult to have a menu with English French translation. Apparently they are not business savvy or not interested in tourist shops.

Delicious!!! Had the Linguine Aioli . So delicious!! Friends had pizza, they loved it. My GF had Linguine Gorgonzola, so good. Perfect place for lunch.

Good lunch! Fresh and delicious and excellent service of the staff! Good variation of the menu Edith vegan, vegetarian, meat or fish. Really good fish fillet (tender) and vegetarian lasagna. Great Tiramisu! Fast service nice and friendly. Definitely recomendable! In a very central location on the market square of Landau. Try it out, it's worth it!

Arrived and went iostsrirs to take in the beautiful setting over the square. Ordered bruschetta antipasti and two penni arrabiata. Meal all large portions, penni cooked perfectly tasty tomato sauce and fresh chilli provided the chilled bit every now and then. The antipasti featured fresh produce with cherry tomatoes super tasty and stuffed tomato and zucchini eggplant all nice. All washed done with a nice beer. Paul

We visited this restaurant at 4pm on a rainy day. There was only one other table being served while we were there. It's beautiful inside and the service was good. We had a caprese salad which was good, the cheese was a bit mushy. We also had a pizza with was also good but soggy in the center. Over all a nice place to stop for a rest and nice atmosphere.
