La Casa Del Bocconotto di Lanciano is an authentic gem for pastry lovers. Their mouths are a real culinary work. The frill paste is impeccably prepared, with a soft and friable texture that melts in the mouth, giving a perfect contrast with the rich filling. Speaking of the filling, the Casa Del Bocconotto is certainly not about the quality of the ingredients. Cream or chocolate are dense, creamy and incredibly tasty. Every bite is a real explosion of flavors that gives you the water in your mouth. In addition, the presentation is treated with great attention to detail. Every mouthpiece is a small visual masterpiece, inviting and appetizing just to look at it. The atmosphere in the pastry is welcoming and familiar, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I discovered the existence of this typical dessert - the bucconotto- through friends who brought me a tray of these delights directly from Lanciano. Personally it is not the type of dessert I prefer but I admit that it is prepared in an excellent way, with ingredients of first order and taste is well balanced. Recommended!
