Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant was severely delayed, with my order arriving well over an hour late. To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong order, insisting that it was what I had ordered online. When I tried to explain the mistake, they refused to believe me and asked me to prove it. They placed blame on me and on Just Eat, and were unwilling to take any responsibility for the error. I referred to them as idiots for their stubbornness, but want to apologize to the female staff member who was only trying to assist. The male owner had never experienced such poor customer service before, and the argument with a customer was a disgraceful display. It is likely that the restaurant will soon be closed due to this type of behavior.
I ordered £45 worth of pizza that never arrived. I called Dominicks and the person on the phone, who sounded Glaswegian, said it was not their responsibility and I should contact JustEat. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered a chicken burger with extra toppings, but everything was missing except for a piece of lettuce. The chips had the potential to be good, but they were very salty because of something they put on them. I had forgotten about this issue from my last visit. However, the restaurant did call to ask if I wanted my order sooner, which was a nice gesture.
I’m not being funny; either they do gluten free pizza or they don’t. they’ve lost another large order because for reasons unfathomable they aren’t doing gf pizzas tonight. If they were at least reasonably priced I might forgive them, but really. Poor.
Ordered food for delivery when over an hour late rang to be told it was waiting for delivery driver, went to collect instead and only part of the order was ready when got home burger was stone cold (which had been in the warmer suggest they turn it on next time) so ended up in the bin. Used to be good food but won’t be visiting again
