Villa Nova - Lancaster

1. Here. Was very satisfied with the service our waitress gave us. We have the food specifically that eve and it was excellent. A local group, so it can be a little loudly happy.

Very poor service, not sure if short employees. Waited 15 minutes to get someone to the table to order drinks, waited long) to get drinks. Food finally came, not right, as ordered, had to ask the food server for our server to get a second round and wait again way to Long. Another west to get controls and how to guess another LONG. Wait to pay. Had to go in to pay bill so we can finally go and go somewhere else. I'm not back for a long time. Sorry.

Where do I start?? My father passed away a week ago, my family and I decided to go to the Villanova for a couple drinks after the service. Kristen was working behind the bar, I gave her my credit card and asked to start a tab for my wife and I. An hour later another member of my party wanted to buy a round of drinks for everyone at our table. Kristen decided to charge her for every drink from the time we got there. When we brought her mistake to her attention, she told myself and the other person to shut up because she was talking. The other member of my party was so confused as there were two extra mixed drinks and two extra beers on her tab that no one had, she gave up and just paid the bill. A little later my wife and my sister each had a shot, which was on my tab. When I closed my tab, Kristen said it was $12 and I'm good, the bill was paid. A few minutes later another woman employed there came up to me and said I still owed $12.00. After arguing for a little while with the other woman and Kristen, I threw $12 on the table and told them they have absolutely no idea what they're doing before I left. I will never go back, they love to bill for things you don't order. Kristen is without a doubt the worst bartender I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go to Aroogas, it's just a few blocks up the road.

I wouldn't go back for the food. I think the oil was bad so all the fried food had a bad taste and was soaked in the oil. The tip subs we ordered medium were burnt and barely had any meat in them. The pizza was edible but not good. The bartender was nice. People were smoking on the deck with their screendoor open so the whole bar area smelled of smoke.

Fries for Dayz !!!!! The appetizers and entries both come with fries. We prefer our fries to be crispy but these were more on the fluffy side. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. Each meal includes alot of food so while the prices are higher you still get your money's worth. Not a bad idea to spit a meal with people. Their salads are definitely packed with delicious toppings and not just your basic salads. We really like the hot pepper flair on the Cheese burger hoagie. The outside area is very inviting on a warm day with fans on the desk. We would definitely consider coming back but it would not be our first choice. 7/10 By:Kings Feasts
