Starbucks - Lancaster

So the parking lot is a mess! Trying to do drive thru you almost get hit 5 times from the lack of room. But I still give 5 stars because they always get the drinks right. And this last time I just went the girl at the window, I believe her name was Steph, I think she had red hair. She was so incredibly nice!! While doing the whole awkward wait at the window for our last drink she asked me about my new years and was so friendly. My husband asked if we knew each other after we pulled away because she was just so outgoing and kind. That kind of customer service is what would make me go back to that one over any other.

Good clean place and friendly staff. Good location and ample parking.

I was in there 2 nights ago about an hour before they close to charge my battery and use my laptop. I wasn't having the greatest day. The young lady who worked there was cleaning the tables so the chairs were on the tables. She helped me find a table with a charging outlet and set up the chairs for me. She even offered me a glass of water which was very nice of her. The feeling of being able to go somewhere, not feel pressured to buy something, and being able to charge your equipment/use your laptop in peace with a good vibe and no worry about being judged is a great feeling. Felt more like a home than a business!

I highly believe this Starbucks didn’t complete the customer connection portion of their training. The boy in the drive through was rude and short with us. Didn’t give me a straw for my daughter, and when I asked he walked away and laughed. He also didn’t ring our drinks in correctly and we had to have them remade. I spoke to the manager who was very sweet but I do not believe anything will be done about it. When I asked to speak to his manager he laughed and basically yelled at his manager to come speak to us. I’m not one to be like this but I was just plain disgusted by the way we were treated tonight. None of us will be returning to this starbucks.

Ordered there today and it was a large order during probably the busiest hour. I needed to provide this location 5/5 immediately for the dedication and commitment to completing my order. The barista was nice and even though there was a drink spill, she was nice and had a positive attitude in replacing the spilled drink. Thanks again and I’ll be back!
