Mcdonald's - Lancaster

Been sitting in the parking lot after they said that we will bring you your drinks. It’s been 25 min so far. 1 iced coffee and one frappe.

My family goes to this location multiple times a week for food, drinks and McCafe beverages. In the 16 years there has always been a line, sometimes excessively long, at the drive thru. Too often you sit for 20 minutes before reaching the last window and then are instructed to park in spot 1 or 2. Sadly its the only thing consistent at this location.Today we ordered a bottle of water, medium diet coke and three double hamburgers. We waited 20 minutes got to the last window before being asked to park. Meanwhile our food appears behind the employee asking us to park. We refused to park. We left the location scratching our heads as to why park us if our food is ready. Well we opened the wrapper to each sandwich and it was covered with black brown grease. The cook evidently wasn't trained on proper griddle care. These hamburgers were inedible. When we returned them we were met with a scowl of rude unappreciative customer service. Yes they refunded our order but I guarantee that cook continued cooking on that filthy griddle.We spend far too much money at this location to be treated like we were. We have always been patient and respectful as we have many family members who are former food service workers and it can be a rough industry. But this was unacceptable.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with lettuce an got this the bun was so soggy handful of onions it was so gross couldn't even eat it called to complain about it an was told oh well I don't know who was working so I can't do nothing

Every single time I go there is always something missing from my bag like yesterday I ordered 2 meals 2 MEALZ!!!!!!! And they give me one drink. Common sense goes a long way. Also the drive thru isn't 90 seconds like it should be but sometimes ten min. Worst McDonalds in lanc

Go to Centerville or Millersville Pike over this McDonalds! I don't know why I was still coming here but they are SO SLOW at this location. Must be a different owner for this location. My last time for this location was when I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich on my way in to work, it took over 12 mins, so I just left. I had mobile orders for a curb pick up at the other locations and they take under 2 mins to get my food. The Millersville location is almost too fast, they are great and don't know what they are doing differently. I then emailed McDonalds about my issue and CS responded saying the owner would reach out. It has been 11 days and no response and no refund for the food I never got. Lame!
