Mcdonald's - Lancaster

Absolutely terrible experience. the workers forced me to use a kiosk, even if I paid cash. they were then able to make 97 cent change. I ordered two mcflurrys. both did not come full, short ices. (see attached pictures) we were spilled out of our money and were not worth the $4 per cup.

Normally pretty good place. But in all the years I have been in Lancaster (my entire 33 years of life) no one has ever came and told me my kids can't play on the play place because they happened to have sandals on and therefore no socks. Obviously if they came with sneakers I tell them to wear socks but my lord. Very rude to just come up and say my kids couldn't play. They were like the only kids there. Staff is also very cold and unwelcoming. Act like they don't want to be here.

Good is always as ordered, staff is pretty good, but the air conditioning was having issues in the play place.

Always great and very fast service. We go to this McDonald's because food always hot and fresh. Unlike Columbia Ave McDonald's.

The food was perfectly made. personal nice and friendly. I love that these mcdonalds have a playground for children we have stayed for 2 hours si the little one, could sit eating then they had an explosion. we will definitely go a lot.
