Mcdonald's - Lancaster

After eating here a handful of times, I can now say there 's nothing special about it. Though their dirt cup looks awesome, the taste is ok. Their food is inconsistent. Some items are too wet. Some items are simply purchased from Walmart and sold for $14. Making or canceling a reservation is by far the worst.

Early February 2021, used drive-thru so granddaughter could have happy meal. Decided to get a couple of mcdouble cheeseburgers, too. Ordered 6 piece mcnugget happy meal, extra fries, paid for extra bbq sauce. Ordered 2 mcdouble cheeseburgers, large fry. Got home, no bbq sauce, no bbq xtra fries in happy meal. Both mcdoubles had ONE patty and 2 cheeses. Food was all cold. Called store, they promised coupons as compensation, never received anything.

Awesome! Always friendly, food great and haven't had an order messed up in many visits.

They forgot to give me my chicken sandwich and my spicy chicken nuggets and they charged my fish sandwich regular price instead of 2 for 5 offer they had already had jump on high way so didn't go back lost out on money

I usually go to this place and always get fantastic service! the employees are very sweet and they always get my order right.
