Longhorn Steakhouse - Lancaster

Nice server, very busy. We arrived and were quoted for 20 minutes. We waited 45 for another guest who called. It was a Friday night, and the restaurant allowed call before sitting and reservations for big parties. Why? After 17:00 on Friday or Saturday, call for front seats and reservations should not be allowed. The waitress sent food order, but it took almost 45 minutes to get the simple order. The waitress sat too many tables at a time.

The staff was very accommodating. After a small reservation snafu the manager corrected the problem and put us immediately. They were so pleasant and our waitress was super friendly. Love this place!

To be fair, we went to close like 2 hours. The food was okay. I didn't ignore the French onion soup at all. Loved the shrimp, but not the rice underneath. Children tries were good some were super salty but I like salty, but they were like omg salty lol. I would return for something else and at an earlier date. The staff was great.

Mmmmm the food and atmosphere was awesome ? our waitress was very pleasant
