Chili's Grill - Lancaster

We decided to try Chili’s for dinner although past experiences have been hit or miss at this location. Unfortunately tonight was no different. The food was warm at best, our server was pleasant but not very attentive. We witnessed the poor cleaning of near by tables which literally made me ill. I was just imagining that the table I just ate at was cleaned in the same manner and what is going on in the kitchen?! The table was sprayed with something with food particles still on the table and then wiped with dry paper towels with the food being wiped off on the floor! No one came to sweep the floor afterwards. I should have took pictures! Needless to say we will NOT be returning to this location. It’s very sad what is accepted! Unpleasant experience at this Lancaster location! The place smelled weird, the seats were dirty and the server looked like she needed to fix her hair! Thats a big no no as a server and she got my order wrong, and the wings looked dry! Definitely not choosing this location. Not many friendly staff members, Don't know if it's because I'm White they weren't friendly. Had to ask twice for a drink refill. Won't be coming back to this location... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
