Very bad service, they used to be good , not anymore, I will never use them again, now that they outsourced, everything changed. I don't advice anyone to use this service, unfortunately once you use an outside source everything becomes robotic, why would a great company sell out a great idea and replace a great customer service with a bad one

I have been using this service for years, and the service from the Carryout Courier employees has always been amazing and very respectful... Today I ordered from a newer restaurant (Fuddruckers), and the food was terrible and poorly prepared... An order of onion rings had 4 small onion rings in the box (almost 2 bucks per ring)... I should have taken pictures, but I threw everything out before I thought about... CC should dump that restaurant... I have zero complaints with the service itself, and will continue my patronage...

My boyfriend and I love Carryout Courier. This past weekend, we ordered lunch and supper from them! Food is always hot when we receive it. When I don't feel like cooking, we order from Carryout Courier . I wish they would expand their service area. We will be moving to Lititz Manheim area next year and that's not in their service area. So until then, we will order from them! Crossing our fingers that they expand.

They lied to me on the phone. I do not trust them anymore. 1 star service.
