Mcdonald's - Lambeth

I really enjoyed McDonald's strawberry milkshake. I purchased one and drank most of it, but left about a quarter of it. When I went back into the kitchen two hours later to throw out the leftover liquid from the milkshake, it had turned into foam. I was surprised and won't be buying McDonald's milkshakes again. Additionally, I ordered a fillet of fish which took 20 minutes to receive. When I finally got it, the fillet was overcooked and dry, with no mayonnaise or sauce. It was the worst fillet of fish I have ever had.

I have been a customer of this md's for a long while, it is our nearest one, but of late, I have noticed the change in staff and the attitude of staff has gone right down, they are rude, they talk in their own language with each other before they finish dealing with you, and when you ask for something they have forgotten on the order, it is like you are getting in their way or getting on their nerves, so then they are very sharp with you and rude, we will not be ordering from this md's anymore. There is only one nationality at this branch now, so I don't trust the hygiene of the food anymore either. Others be very careful eating from this branch.

We attempted to use the drive-thru at this restaurant, but the staff member taking our order was making mistakes and refused to display it on the screen for review. They also claimed that certain items were not available. As a result, we decided to go inside to place our order instead. However, the staff members inside were ignoring customers despite the restaurant not being busy. There appeared to be enough staff working in the kitchen, but there was a lack of customer service on the front end. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

I was completely shocked by the service at this restaurant tonight. We waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru. The card machine was allegedly down, but nobody informed us. We had to sit there and watch all the Uber Eats and Deliveroo drivers go ahead of us, once again taking priority. The manager's attitude was not pleasant either.
