Happy Family - Lambeth

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I was extremely disappointed with the restaurant's attitude tonight. I waited an hour and a half for delivery, and when I contacted them, I was informed that there was no delivery driver from Just Eat. It would have been better if they had contacted me about the issue. There was no apology or explanation given. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to the very poor service.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR! The food was disgusting as I am Muslim the manager gave me pork and told me I was poor. She swore at me and the workers were disgusting to me they threw my money on the floor and didn’t give me a refund

So I ordered food and the food came firstly the curry had leaked in the bag which I could've dealt with as food was all sealed but then upon opening the bag i noticed two items missing my rice and chicken balls. I called back the driver who contacted the shop saying all items were in the bag. They most certainly weren't then for a bigger slap in the face the driver tells me that the shop have banned me for asking for my money back as there was items missing. Absolutely disgusted by this behaviour and considering how pricey you are you would think you they would give a 5 star service!!! I waited over an hour and half hour for food and now got two hungry children waiting to be fed.. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had heard from friends that live local that they do good food and I wanted to try them. I found that they were open for take away while lockdown is on have been twice to collect my orders, Very prompt, friendly service, very good food.

Been eating here for a number of years, good food and i'd recommend it. The cheap lunches are worth a look too
