Over the past couple months I've placed mobile orders and I have had to wait way too long for something that should be ready when I get there I even placed an order 30 mins before I went to pick it up and still had to wait I will not be going here again the location sucks and the service

Been here a couple of times now. People waiting all the time in the shop to be served. Nobody wants to do front counter. Everyone serves drive through it seems. Dirty, a few staff not in a hurry to do anything. Got one order wrong, didn’t have any milk, or mint tea. Good for us there’s a Tim’s on every corner. Won’t be back to this one.

This is for all employers night shifts they are so rude and bad service this is 2 times happen about my order always they’re giving me wrong coffee and today I order it plain milk with two sugar they give me coffee and I give it to them back. They give me cold milk without sugar and then I give it to them back I didn’t get it I will told for everybody, I’m not recommend this store.
