I used to love NewYork fries so much. But lately it tasted really bad, nothing like before.

One star because tried to look at menu and made it impossible while staff staring at you. The staff needs to relax and not be so desperate to get a order.

Every single employee at this location is beyond amazing. Every time they make my day remembering my order. Food is always done absolutely perfect. Customer service is incredible. Thank you all for making my lunch time always enjoyable ?

Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the buns, california seasoning, and malt vinegar. It’s nice to be able to eat in the food court. Really good food and knowledgeable staff.
