Bidra med feedbackThe drinks are not bad but also not necessarily the best in the city.The service is always a hit or miss and it reflects an inconsistent training within the establishment. Quality of service depends on individual employees, whether they have prior experience or good people skills.I’m always wary of how long they might take to make the drinks. On my last visit, I managed to put my order in without waiting in line, yet the two employees there were letting orders pile up, lining up empty while standing around chit chatting.I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for my single order and I probably would’ve had to wait longer if it wasn’t for a third employee from the back that came in and noticed the pile up and got to working on the drinks.On another occasion, there was condensation collecting from the air vent AC which is conveniently directly above where customers stand and water would drip on them as they’re ordering. I brought this up to an employee and all they said was, “oh sometimes it does that and it’s been like that all day”. Despite this, they didn’t bother putting up a sign or considered warning customers…?

Good and qualufied student food, but it was soooon noisy and I mean it, so noisy!!! Not good for a Family to be in such a ding dang Environment for rest and eating. It was maybe in that time 0730 pm, but was not good at all. BTW, Staff were good and kind .
So good!! Always end up getting the classic milk tea cause it's amazing, service can be a bit slow when busier.
The drinks are always good. Service is never good though.I came in to order three drinks late evening Aug 4th. First the cashier’s demeanour upon walking in was just rude. But i get being tired and not being able to have good expressions all the time. But while ordering I kept getting interrupted by the cashier, having to repeat my order SEVERAL times. I slowed my speech and specified the ice and sugar levels for the worker so she could properly punch in the order but regardless she kept interrupting me rudely. Without confirming my order she just loads the payment. I decided to shrug that off but when my drinks came out she gave me the wrong drink, and when i told her it was the wrong drink she gave attitude saying, “ no its not” “you didnt say that” hello???????? another worker had to step in and say sorry, and remake my order.It would have been dismissed by me and deemed a mistake if i had said the order once. But having to repeat my order over 6 times to the cashier and getting attitude when she gets its wrong it so disrespectful.Service here has never been great, but this situation was just annoying and disrespectful.
