Tasneem's Kings Kitchen - Lalitpur

I would undoubtedly vote this place for the best non veg delicacies, especially the biryani. Tasneem 's Kings Kitchen is always, my go to place for mutton biryani. This is my nth visit this time. Since I was in a hurry and had no time to sit and eat, I asked for the Takeaway mutton meal and chicken cutlets. TKK takeaway meal box is a great goodie box which has a bit of everything mutton curry, mutton biryani, roti, curd raita and dal. Yum

I was hesitant as it was really pricey compared to other Indian places around it. But damnn I was wrong. We ordered their chicken wings, mutton sheekh kebab with garlic and butter naan , the food was really good with authentic Indian taste. The tea was amazing. Only the desert which was gajar ko haluwa was average ,didn't stand out. The service was as expected, top notch. Would 100% come back to try other dishes.

Loved the biryanis and the butter chicken but the surprise was the caramel custard which is not on standard menu. Made personally by Tasneem we were indeed fortunate to top up the great flavourful food with an incredible dessert.

I usually don't give 5 star unless they are worth it. I have been in Nepal for 6 days and paid a visit to this restaurant. I didn't regret for a minute. I am not a big fan of Nepali food but Tasneems kitchen is in the next level. The food was so delicious and tasty. Had ordered mutton biryani and Nihari both were so tasty. Met the friendly owner too. If you are looking for something special you need to visit this restaurant. There are lots of varieties to choose from.

I was surprised to find a Bohra Muslim restaurant in Kathmandu serving mumbai style biryani. I just to give it a chance. I was not disappointed and it like having one in any Biryani house in Mumbai
