Star Thai - Lakewood

It's on Jewell, but is more than a hidden jewel, it's a hidden gem! This place is close to my heart, I especially love the star Thai noodles! But you can't go wrong with anything you order here. Plan on take out only as they have the dine in area roped off sometimes.

My wife and I have eaten here twice and the quality is good. We both get massaman Curry. The reason for three stars because twice have gotten it with chicken and there's barely any chicken in there and I'm still hungry afterwards. I'm not happy paying $13 for a meal and still being hungry after.it would be two stars but my wife is satisfied with the amount of tofu she gets with hers. Since I'm not getting the value I expect, I will no longer be eating here.

The food was delicious but the portions were small. Beautiful Smokey flavor to the drunken noodles and they didn't use a microwave to heat the curry! I recommend them both. Might of been the best Thai food in colorado and 5 stars if they would of filled the curry container to the top and a bit more noodles. $30 for two dishes is a bit high for not being larger portions. The other disappointment I have is that I have lived in Lakewood for the last 10 years and because this place didn't have any visual flair I figured it wasn't good. But it indeed was delicious.

Hands down the absolute best authentic Thai food you can get! This truly is a hidden gem! This is a must to add to your takeout list! The couple who own and cook are so adorable and friendly! 10/10 cannot recommend more!Vegetarian options: Most things can be made with out meat
