Panera Bread - Lakewood

The restaurant was extremely busy during our visit, right in the middle of the lunch rush. The staff did a great job of keeping customers informed about wait times, which helped manage expectations. The food was served promptly and was delicious. We especially enjoyed trying their new summer drinks, with the Mango one being a favorite among our family.

I had an incredible experience at Panera! The customer service was outstanding, they were kind to the homeless, and the food was absolutely amazing. Thank you, Panera, you guys really know how to impress. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the coffee was - much better than I expected for my first time trying it here. I might have to sign up for the $8.99 unlimited coffee subscription because it was heavenly!

I've tried their food oh, and it's pretty good. Hands down and come here for the coffee! Consistent and great, and it's real easy to get used to grabbing a coffee every time your clothes for free may join the club. Well worth the money in my caffeinated opinion.

The service at this restaurant is good, but the pastries are expensive. The coffee needs to be freshened more often as it tends to get stale. It would also be helpful to have two cashiers working at the same time, especially when customers are asked if they want to add anything to their order. This can lead to more questions and longer wait times.
