It gives you the ultimate control over the flavors of your tacos. If you don't like cilantro, guess what? You don't have to have it on your taco. And let me take a minute to talk about the portion sizes. My daughter got a burrito that was bigger than her face. Food has a great base heat level, but with the variety of salsas, there is a heat level for everyone.

The service was awesome and fast! I ordered the Huevos rancheros today. It was so/so! The green chili was spicy, but flavorless the eggs were good and cooked properly. The beans tasted like the cheap canned kind. I've had a lot better, like El tejado's on Broadway just south of Yale, for example.

The maistortillas were so soft and not dry! I got the asada tacos and was initially not safe because the meat was boiled with wobble (instead of being only the Asada meat), but once I took a bite. If they think there is too much cilantro on the tacos, it is because they have a topping bar, so they can do as much or as little as they want!

If I'm ever back in the area, I'd go back to her tacos and try her chimichanga. Menu was quite limited and I didn't see a bakery? Maybe served only in the morning? Service was nice and fast. No seats when I was there. You had a few chairs along the walls and dressed places on the floor for social distancing, I think?
