Mcdonald's - Lakewood

5 Stars for the young man running the register, he was excellent and helped me navigate through the phone app to place my special order. As for the food, my 2 Big Mac's were dry and the dressing tasted sour, I wasn't to thrilled with the Burgers. So the food gets 2 Star's.

Friendly employees, good service and food. Must be good as the drive through line is always packed. They handle it all swiftly, just a lot of customers

They are so friendly! I love that you can order on the app and pick up at a parking spot, no waiting in line!

Went here the other night for dessert for the kiddos. We bought 2 apple pies and 2 strawberry and cream pies... soon after my daughter bit into the strawberry buy she screamed OW! And started crying. All 4 pies we purchased were hard as a rock. I read the time on the boxes and the pies were expired. Not by much time, 15mins but apparently that was long enough because my baby girls loosened her front tooth on something inedible.

I ordered a breakfast on the app but since they stop breakfast at 10:30 they didn't have my food but still had breakfast available to order on the app. The manager I assume, said that since breakfast was over all the charges were invalid and I wasn't charged for them. But I definitely was and when I told her it still charged me she got visibly upset and started raising her voice at me and arguing with me and the employee at the window. I came for food not for an argument.
