I have found my favorite Chinese restaurant in Colorado that offers dollar scoops. I absolutely adore the jalapeño chicken - it's the perfect combination of spicy and sweet, although it can be quite hot at times. The bourbon chicken is also fantastic. Every dish here is top-notch, thanks to the talented chefs and quick service, even when there's a line. The prices are very reasonable, and you always know exactly what to expect, even though it's no longer just a dollar a scoop. I am already looking forward to returning tomorrow for more delicious Chinese food. If you haven't tried this spot yet, I highly recommend giving it a try.

The food at this restaurant is consistently incredible! The service is fast and the dishes are of top-notch quality. I absolutely enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend it for a quick lunch during a busy work day. You can get in and out in no time at all.
