El Pollo Loco - Lakewood

I go to this El pollo loco at least 2x a week. The staff are great and very friendly.they know me by my name. The food there is great I have never had a bad experience there.....

Great customer service Lobby was actually clean today and friendly Leadership and Cashier. today visit was impressive great change keep up the good work and clean restaurant is a plus I ended up eating in and I always take out but today I dined in great job

Gave it a 1 star cuz 1. Dinning areas are always dirty..: .. 2. The mens restroom smells so bad .. never clean.. 3. The drink area is in need a deep clean .. The dirtiest location In area ..
