Went there specifically for the Nintendo flavors with the matching character-specific cups. When I ordered mine, they short changed me on the amount of ice cream and put the Super Mario flavor in an Animal Crossing cup. When we asked about it they tried to say it was randomized which is total BS. For the price they charge, they could at least give me the dang character cup I wanted.

The manager and everybody that works at this store needs to be fired. I placed a delivery order, didn't get my whole order, called them back and their response was I need to come and pick it up and then the unprofessional employee started yelling at me...I'm the customer. All these people need to be fired!!! I emailed the owner of the company will see if that does any good. A rating of one is way too good for this store. If I could put a zero, I would.

They didn't mix in the toppings good so make sure you see when they mix them and ask to have it done right. They just cut the kit Kat in 4 pieces and called it a day, so disappointing. I was busy trying to decide what else to get so I didnt notice until I started eating it. They had a lot of staff and were cleaning up and mopping in the kitchen and serving area, a bit distracting, especially since they were not closing for another 30min.

Delicious ice cream with unique creations. I was getting the chocolate peppermint, but they ended that one. It was my favorite. I tried the chocolate cupcake and now it's my new favorite. I add Reeses peanut butter cups to it. My husband always held the Founders Favorite. Nobody makes ice cream creations as good as Cold Stone.
