Blackjack Pizza Salads - Lakewood

UPDATE- to previous review, I called on a Friday, which I understand the demand and pressure. I was asked to hold so did for awhile. I decided to wait awhile and try again because I like Blackjack. The second time I told the employee that I had a less than stellar experience the week before so they went to get management. During the hold I was disconnected. I called back and there was no answer.PREVIOUS- The pizza was good, I am semt coupons specifically from this address rhey did not honor the coupon I mentioned even though it has no expiration amd clearly has their address

UPDATE ... called the number that I was given.. the store.. Amanda the GM was not in... spoke to Mike who asked that I try again.. says he works on the day I usually order and he'll make sure there is follow thru .. I will give it another chance.. I really do love the pizza.. I am a Blackjack awards customer 1160880 BTW when I asked for the owner.. I was told this unit is a franchise with a 650#.. also if the owner is again reading the posts.. you need to up the website and try to correct the site slicelife.. BOTH show this store closed Monday and Tuesday..I'm a real fan of Blackjack and have ordered many Jackpot pizzas over the years.. over the last month we've had good bad and worse service on takeout.. the Jackpot was good once after talking to the manager after receiving one that was really short topping... switched to sausage pepperoni and black olives.. called in at 5:20.. order taker didn't know where she was.. hung up on twice before getting another person.. 6:45 hadn't received our order..called in again.. told it would be another 15 minutes as the delivery had other stops.. a call back telling us it was a mistake and we were getting an upgrade to a large.. wanted a medium but took the upgrade .. Pizza arrived at 7:30

Eating a lot of luck in a contemporary fashion. ordered by 18:15 clock until moved by 9 clock. pizza came underboiled and cold.

If I couldn't give a star, I would. once this place was good, but the last few paintings I ordered, my order was completely wrong and due to some food allergies, some dinge were not edible. my last commands were wrong again, so I contacted him to complain. which I would not normally do. I was told by a manager that they would come "the next ones". only to never answer from my phone number again. not to mention some of the staff so rude that they hang on me when I got through. don't order them from here unless they enjoy, torn away

Order for the first time from them and the last! we live less than a mile away and ordered delivery, ordered a pizza without mushroom and no green olive get our order and it is all over, extra of what we wanted none. also the reception and the box said, no green olive, cried to complain, and they refused to recover our order and the person we talked with was called exsavior and extremely rude. delivery for this load stops at 8:45 clock we called at 20:25 clock. very poor business and rude staff.
