Urban Taco Lakewood Ranch

I ordered curbside pickup for pickup at 11:48 today, checked in from the parking lot, waited 10 minutes and no one bothered to bring it out. I went to the front counter and said I had a pickup and the person I interacted with just grunted in the generaldirection of where the pickup was. Queso was also watery, disappointing.

Ordered some bowls from door dash and they looked amazing on arrival. The ingredients used were fresh and large portion sizes. We would definately order from here again!

Kind of frustrated with Urban Taco LWR. I received a $5 gift for my birthday that must be used by August 31. We made two visits now to try to use this gift on my account. I guess the joke is on us because we spent close to $30 each visit to use that $5gift. We also have more than $13 in rewards that we haven't been able to use either. Each time we go in, we are assured thediscount will come off automatically when we use the linked card. Well, it doesn't and there is nothing that can be fixed oncethe card is run through. Quite a racket UT is running because you earn rewards you can't redeem!

This place is better than it's main competitor by a long shot! The food is much more flavorful, bigger portions, and the staff is always friendly and provides quick and accurate service. The Churros are like cinnamon crack, I'll definitely be back againand again!

It is really nice that the meats were all the same price. the interior was nice and clean, employees were friendly. this place also has a great selection of meats and toppings, but there is one big issue. they do not season the meat!! I got steak and myfriend got chicken and in both our bowls, the meat was unseasoned. it's a shame because I thought the rest of the bowl was good.just biting into a piece of plain beef was really unpleasant. hopefully they fix this in the future.
