Wendy's - Lakewood

I just ordered my meal and I have old nuggets, 7 burned pommes, a jr speck that had not ketchup and pickles on the burger. I didn't have wendys in a few years, now I see why. I will never go back to wendys of all time! I've thrown away all this command!

Holly slowness! Those people were turtles in their previous life. Orders are wrong and when you call... guess what happens? Nada. I want to meet the owner of this franchise. Dude is probably not ok.

That's by far the worst wendys I've ever had, no matter what time they wait in a line that goes to the street, and in the average I would say they wait for 30 minutes. the personal is not at all apologetic and sometimes even rude. eating can be hot or cold. the worst part is that I have actually written complaints about companies and they have never reacted! I live right on the road and I love wendys, but I'll never go back. I make the trip to 140th and lorain instead

The chili recipe has changed, it is thicker, has white beans, with no meat. Their burgers are always cold. No matter if you go inside or drive thru. The quality have dramatically went down. I'm done, I personally, rather spend an extra 3dollars and go Five Guys. Don't waste your time!

This the third time in a row I’ve gone to this Wendy’s and had my order messed up. Do not go!!!
