The food was amazing! The customer service needs some work, we felt a little ignored. But, once we got the food I forgot about that. I didn?t get a chance to take a photo of one of the meals it went so fast. Here?s shrimp nachos and a chicken burrito.
I do love this places food a lot, it is very tasty but they?re service is too awful to even bother. they never pick up the phone for a call in order, i?ve called so many times over the past year, weekdays and weekends and they don?t pick up. online it saysthey?re open but every time i try to stop by, the doors are locked. they should fix their hours online if that?s the case.wasting gas to come over here is so annoying. both the door and google shouldn?t say you?re open when you?re not. multiple timesi?ve tried to come eat here and couldn?t because they?re randomly closed. not sure how they stay open on other days. they?re sounpredictable and unreliable. they probably money launder because this has been going on for awhile. and then today i justordered through their online system but when i showed up they were closed!!! this is again with google saying they?re open andof course after being charged $40 for my order. i tried to call and no one picked up. guess i?ll have to dispute the charge butthat?s sad. honestly i?d recommend just taking the trip to taquiera el futuro if you can?t get into here. that?s what i do everytime i want tacos because i know i won?t get any from here.
I ordered Birria Tacos from here, and I will say I?m very dissatisfied. I had three tacos that mostly contained beef fat, which left me still hungry after the meal. This wasn?t even all of the fat, some of it was thrown away. If I could give it 0 stars Iwould. Waste of money, go somewhere else.
I wish I could say this place was good but I 'll never know because I never got my order. This was my first time trying this establishment and I will NOT go back. I placed an order at 8:46 and waited patiently. I watched several people come in after meand leave before me. When I asked the guy at the counter whats taking so long, he nonchalantly said he was waiting on my wings.I waited 5 more minutes and let him know i had been waiting there for 45 minutes. His reply was, I know. I made the wingswrong and had to make them again . He never told me that but I said cool and waited again When the order was ready he tried togive me a box that had been sitting on the counter, open, for the last 30 minutes. There was no apology no thought aboutremaking my food that had been sitting and no care at all about my wait. I will not be back and I caution others as well. Nocare for the customer is just bad business.
