Miller's Ale House Lakeland

Terrible food, terrible management!! Pretzel with beer cheese dip was horrible!! Dip had the consistency of water. Our son ordered a medium steak. Came out raw, literally bleeding on the plate. Took a while for the waitress to come back. She put his raw steak on a plate, leaving his fries and veggies soaked in steak blood on the table. Who doesn't love a plateful of **** fries??? Steak came back 20ish minutes later dry and overcooked. I ordered the chimichirry steak salad. Came out with no chimichirry and no dressing. Steak was dry and tasted burnt. Waitress brought out the chimichirry sauce (pickle juice with random spices). Really terrible. This restaurant is good for deep frying frozen bar food after you have a few drinks. This place could use a good cleaning. Floors dirty, ceiling tiles nasty. The drinks must keep the restaurant in business, because the food and atmosphere are awful!

First time here at this establishment it wasn't extremely busy the atmosphere is nice it is roomy the service was outstanding as was the food if you're a cold-blooded individual you will need a sweater in here because I am not cold-blooded and it was slightly cool for me matter of fact we overheard a couple state that it was warmer in the bathroom than it was out in the dining area! I had the baby back rib which on Mondays is the special so I got a full rack for under $15 my wife purchased 35 fried shrimp. She had french fries to go with her meal and I had cheesy macaroni to go with my ribs I had a schooner of Yuengling to drink my wife went with unsweet tea. There is a lot of parking available here they have wheelchair parking and entrance available. We will definitely come back!

One of the best Ale House locations we’ve been to! Top notch service and the food came out perfect. We were greeted upon entry and didn’t have to wait long at all. Our waitress was prompt and didn’t get frustrated with all of the customizing done on our order. She actually helped with recommendations and was funny. We’ve been at this location a few times when traveling through and each time the meals are always delicious and it’s clean inside. Doesn’t hurt that they don’t mind customizing! We’ll be back.

The waitress Alana was so pleasant and knowledgeable my wife refer her as adorable her services were impeccable and even more, the manager Jorge was awesome my favorite team is the Philadelphia Eagles and he told me I could call ahead and he would of have the game just for me I honestly found a place I truly enjoy

Today was the 3rd time I've been to this restaurant and it's the last time, something that bothers me a lot is spending my money on bad service and bad food. I ordered a Moscow Mule and they had never given me lemon and sweet, I don't know what kind of vodka they use, but they didn't have vodka, I kindly asked them to add vodka, the same waiter is the same one who makes the drinks, maybe that's why he tasted so wrong. Besides, he got upset and tried to charge me for the vodka... and the really terrible food and presentation. try to hire more qualified staff and a good bartender.
