Bidra med feedbackSitting at the North Lakeland store. 2 employees in training, 1 working and 2 goofing off. One of the 2 goofing off took my order (birthday boy on Thanksgiving day) and forgot to give it to the cook. Friend comes in and the two goofing off and guy ensue in a personal conversation. Then we wonder why places lose business. First and last time in a long time.
Stopped in to grab food and from the moment we walked in, Justin’s energy was incredible. He was friendly, very polite and energetic. He prepped the food perfectly. I felt as if I knew Justin for years. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back. The food was amazing.
Ordered 2 subs. Our cheese stake was supposed to have Chipotle mayo added but didn't. Steak was over cooked and rubbery. Tried calling the store at 730pm on Friday and got a recording saying they were unavailable. Emailed on app... still don't have anything to eat for myself. This is how you lose loyal customers.
Today i went in to buy a sub and this is the same location I always go to. I don't know if they have new staff are what . But the guy was fixing my food and pushing up his glasses at the same time. Then to make matters worse he double charged my card and I only got 1 combo. I let the manager know that he needs to talk to his team about touching your face and body while fixing people's food . The manager acted like he couldn't care care less . Ill never go back to this location again!! Just nasty and unprofessional
Consistently good eating from here, highly recommend this about the other sub-places.
