Bonefish Grill - Lakeland

We used to love Bonefish, now what you pay for in comparison to what you receive isn’t worth the cost. The portion size has become tiny! Sadly we won’t be going back.

Everyone was very helpful from making a reservation to paying our bill. Our server was very courteous and helpful. When asked about a menu item she went to the kitchen and got our answer. I would definitely come back to the Bonefish Grill.

Bonefish is one of the few corporate chains that has been consistently good for years. This meal tonight was no exception.I would first like to compliment our lovely server Cynthia on her excellent service. She was kind, friendly, and made sure to go over the specials. She recommended several items, and was always checking up on our table to make sure our water and beverages were refilled. She’s been at this location for over a decade and is a consummate professional through and through. Working in the hospitality industry is not easy like many people think. My hope is that management sees how amazing she is at her craft and is used as an example of How to be a great Server for all those new to this industry. Give this woman a huge raise as she’s one reason this location is loved by the community.The food also has always been consistently delicious with new and changing special both food and cocktails. My drink was so good and refreshing as was the whole table. I ordered the Butterfish special along with Bang Bang shrimp. Daughter got the salmon, and hubs got the fillet with lobster tail. Alll were hot and delicious. Chef’s kiss ?This has been one of my favorite chain restaurants and still holds a place in my tummy for when I want seafood but don’t want to drive an hour away. Or when I’m craving a well made cocktail and those times when I have to have BB Shrimp.Props to the line cooks for preparing our meals on which we all enjoyed, the bartender who knows how to craft a cocktail and to Cynthia who is a huge asset to the restaurant with her professionalism and friendly nature.Thanks for the heat experience again.

Very good very happy with the service and the food had cedar plank salmon.

Had a great experience at this restaurant I would definitely go back My fish was delicious. And everybody else's was delicious as well. Great service too. Just a bit pricey so they don't get five stars
