Nypd Ii Pizzeria And Italian

Our food was DoorDashed, so we didn’t get any rude customer service (fortunately). When we got our food, it was missing items such as utensils, napkins, and other condiments such as Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Salad dressing was runny, for some odd reason. Ordered some Meat Lasagna; WASN'T meaty. Had to order a separate side of meatballs. When we dove into our food, red sauce was salty, and the lasagna was just sauce and cheese layered on top. For some reason, the pasta was crunchy. Not sure how you mess up this bad, but can reassure that there are definitely other, BETTER options!!

The food is delicious. The pizza is the best. The dinner dishes are huge and great (get ready to bring left overs home). I loved their cappuccino (great coffee beans) and the tiramisu is definitely homemade. Zack and Oliver are the best!!

Just came in by myself for a late lunch by myself, around 2pm. First, they looked at me like I was crazy to want to sit alone and asked if I was there for pickup. Nope, just want a seat, so sat down. Ordered lunch special of 2 slices and a diet coke. Took 10 mins or more to get the soda and 15 for 2 slices which were totally overcooked. Of course, it took 15 mins which is why it was burnt. Server knew something was wrong and didn't say anything. Place is gross. Service sucks, food terrible. Not my first time here, but definitely my last. RESTAURANTS: STOP TREATING SINGLE/1 tops SO BADLY.

Food is usually on point here , that’s not my issue . My issue is with the wait staff . One waitress was particularly rude , and decided to call out the time we came to eat as it was 45 minutes before closing time . Did not seem at all professional , and caused me to not want to give them my business . I’ve been coming here for many years and I’m not sure if I want to come back due to the rudeness of this particular waitress .

I just had NYPD cater my party (for 60 people) this past weekend. The driver came on time and the food was hot and fresh (the 2 chicken dishes were so moist and soft). Everyone had to know who I catered from! If you want great Italian food and a reliable place to drop it off, order it from NYPD II. My menu: Chicken Parm, Chicken Franchise, baked ziti, garlic knots, Cheese pizza (for the kids)
