Employees are racist . Nasty . Rude . Definitely no culture no seasoning . Black people stay . They don’t like us

Horrible service . I walked in and stood at the register for no one to greet me . I then seen a man working . Didn’t even lift his head to greet a customer . 2 white people walk in after me and get greeted and served and cashed out before he then ask me if I’m ready …. . Racist disgusting.nasty employees. Never spending my money here again

We had a sundae with a coupon 2 for 1 peanut butter and strawberry were very tasty place is very clean and the girls very polite for sure we will be back

The lady was really nice serving us! I enjoyed my ice cream a lot! My dog even was outside with us to enjoy the breeze!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids flavors and cup servings!Wheelchair accessibility: There was enough room for wheel chairs!

Talk about rude and racist. My husband and I just wanted to come for a quick ice cream run. Only to be humiliated by the manager himself. Their brownie bits tasted absolutely disgusting, dry, and stale. I made it kindly known to the manager that I would like to have a new ice cream sundae. I’m not sure if he found it funny or pleasing to make a joke of it by going to taste the brownie bits himself, and say that nothing was wrong with it, and proceeded to make a scene as if I was the problem. Safe to say, I would never in my life step foot at this location, or possibly another Carvel ever. It’s 2024. It’s sad that racism still exist so heavily. Yes, my husband and I were the only Black Americans in this place at that particular time., so my decision towards race was highly influenced.
