Pollo Tropical - Lake Worth Beach

I went in today for a sandwich ? Cubano fries and a soda., it wasn't that bad, but the cleanliness was bad, chicken bones all over tables and floors, while the floor and tables needed to ne clean the workers were all talking in front. Where's the manager to keep them doing their job, not doing their job right, there's people out there looking for jobs.

Food is reasonably priced and tastes good. The customer service at this location is horrific! No one on line…no customers in restaurant; it took over 20 minutes for a cashier to take my order and payment. Over 7 employees and no one wanted to work the register! Waited another 20 minutes to get served. When we got home, items were missing from our order. When ordering to go… make sure you check your bag! Shrimps were burnt, no onion on the pork, only a spoonful of rice, an order was missing the plantains, not to mention Yucca fries were not in our bag… and we did pay for it. I called to let them know… yet no one answers the phone. This all happened at approximately 9:42pm, yesterday; and they’re suppose to be opened til’ midnight! It was all just a horrific experience… I will think twice before returning to this location.

I stopped in since I try to give places a second chance. I wish I skipped it. Horrible service extremely unwelcoming which is counterproductive of a business trying to make money. I will take my cash elsewhere. Plus they ain't nothing without those balsamic tomatoes anyway.

Can't remember the kids mane but he was very help and patient with me I could see it all their faces they where tired . I could understand long days of work . Long lines and still do ur
