Bidra med feedbackHad lunch on the other day – ordered a beer, bottle to the table – not open. it wasn't demolished. I had to wait until someone came by so they could open it for me. a burger and brokkoli from the children's menu ordered for my enkel. it was an option, but instead of with the brokkoli as ordered, it came with fries. when I asked why, broccoli was offered to me for dinner only! it. what. only. the. menu. I was informed that the chef made the decision! what? I am tired of bad service and inconvenience with tap and grill.
The servers need to be trained better. we ate there the other night, our drinks were served on the left of our plates, rather than the right. Chicken parm was dry, it need more sauce. Dinners took too long to come out considering we were the only four in the restaurant.
Our waitress is very sweet. However I never got my meal, at all. My friends got their main dishes but never got their salads. They did give me a hamburger to go as I was leaving. They were very apologetic and kind. We were there 2 hours
We've been to this restaurant several times and the service and food are inconsistent. They have a kids menu, unique salads, a bar and a sunday brunch as well as lunch and dinner. They now close on Mondays. The kids had grilled cheese sandwiches and some of them were burnt. Previously we tried to order the pizza on their menu but they said they had no pizza oven. They had no coffee mugs on one Sunday brunch we tried. We've had some good brunches although the potatoes seem to be cooked in advance and they are cold and shriveled when you get your order. One of our favorite items is the steak and beans for brunch. It is ususally excellent. However this last time we tried it they served us a steak that was as tough as leather. Everything else was undercooked, the eggs, even the toast wasn't toasted. The wait staff is as varied as the food. We had an excellent server this last time and we hope she stays. It is clean and lovely inside. It is accessible to the handicapped. There are no steps involved and there is plenty of handicap parking. We keep going back because we want to support them and we hope they will eventually get it ALL right.
