My bf got Hep A from this place from unwashed produce. I found a spider in my burger, Still Alive! I even returned it showed them all they did was give me a refund! Called corporate all they did was give me a coupon say sorry. WOW!

Very friendly staff. Lady warned me fries were hot which is not something a normal jack in the box would do. Shorter line than usual too.

Their chicken sandwiches always satisfy. Burgers are really good too. The food always taste fresh unlike some of the fast food joints in town.

The app 40 mice eating got there and they had no knowledge of my order. double checks the address and online order and they agreed that it was for there restaurant, but since they don't have the order at the end, there is nothing they could do?! so no eating and 40 mice less in my bank, great! I have the customer service twice by e-mail by e-mail via e-mail by e-mail and by e-mail by e-mail with the restaurant to have a manager retrieved and not received any reply. I know this was a problem with the app, but apparently the unprofessionality of the branch manager and lack of customer service reaction, this will be a problem with more than just the app. I was not short a cheeseburger it was $40 worth food for several people and for the load to refuse to fix the problem at that time and there and after leaving for a manager to call me back, so we can find out and get no call from them if it were my business I would be on looking for new management A.S.A.P! now it is a week ago and every day it will not be able to talk back to me
